Fabrice's Home
Fabrice lives on the edge of town, in the woods in a cottage on the same street as his mother.

In spite of the nice kitchen, he actually really sucks at cooking for himself. He eats take out, most nights, much to the chagrin of his mother who worries about him. He does make use of the kitchen for brewing potions, growing a few herbs in the windowsill, and other magical pursuits.

His living room which is never this tidy thanks to his three cats. He also tends to leave books and magazines strewn everywhere, and typically, the couch is his primary sleeping spot besides his bed. He is particularly fond of afternoon tea and a nap following suit. His cats like to run around like maniacs here.

His library/study. He owns a lot of magical volumes, as well as books relating to animal sciences. He also loves history and historical fiction, so there's a lot of those on the shelf as well. He comes here to read and also when he needs to accomplish work at home. His cats follow him everywhere, so they do tend to take up residence here as well.

His bedroom, which, again, is usually never this neat. He typically never makes his bed, which, of course, his three cats share.

His bathroom. His cats are odd in that they like water and will typically like to distract him while in the bath.

And the pool in the backyard. The pool itself is, of course, magical. It contains salt water which is always kept at the perfect temperature depending on the weather. (I.E: It gets warmer in the winter and colder in the summer.) It cleans itself and, when Fabrice feels like putting the extra effort in, is occasionally decorated with magical water flowers and fairy lights. Fabrice isn't nearly as fond of the water as his cousin Moira, but he really enjoys swimming and having a place to swim away from the crowds.
